How to prepare

This is a working session, so come prepared to work on your actual system.

Have your notebook and Command Center loaded, if possible. Come with a few real projects, recurring meetings, and goals that we can use during the exercises.

You'll need a reliable internet connection and Zoom setup. Cameras on are preferred because this is designed to be an interactive, small-group experience.

You do not need to have everything organized before you arrive.
