Organize the projects you're driving, supporting, and overseeing. Connect project context, files, milestones, meetings, and key information without recreating the work that already lives elsewhere. 

MEETINGS — Your conversations with continuity 
Create repeatable structures for 1:1s, one-off conversations, and recurring information-sharing meetings so discussions, decisions, and actions don't disappear when the meeting ends. 

TEMPLATES — Your reusable starting point 
Keep clean master templates ready to copy whenever you need to create a new project, meeting, or working page.  

What's included

The workbook walks customers through OneNote basics such as linking pages, copying templates, creating subpages and navigating tables, then explains how to build and operate each part of the Command Center.  

This isn't about putting everything in OneNote. 

The goal isn't to move everything into OneNote. It's to connect everything through OneNote. 

Your detailed files can remain in OneDrive. Conversations can happen in Teams or Outlook. Corporate systems remain where they belong. 

Your Command Center becomes the navigation and context layer that helps you understand what you're working on, where the information lives, what happened, what was decided, and what needs to happen next.  

That is a much more sophisticated value proposition than "OneNote planner."
